    Privacy Policy

    This policy explains what Lavoq Digital collects when you use our website, courses, tools, community and coaching, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

    1. Who is responsible

    Lavoq Digital is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email lavoqdigitalllc@outlook.com.

    2. What we collect

    • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and whether you sign in with email or with Google.
    • Purchase details: the product or plan you bought, the amount and currency, the payment status, and an identifier from our payment provider. We never receive your full card number.
    • What you do in the product: lessons and modules completed, questionnaire and feedback answers, coaching bookings, community posts and comments, and your affiliate activity.
    • Content you give us: anything you type into the product, including drafts and notes you paste into AI features, and files you upload.
    • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the link or referral that brought you here, and cookie or similar identifiers.
    • Messages: emails, chat and support requests you send us.

    3. Why we use it

    • to create your account, sign you in and keep it secure;
    • to deliver what you bought, grant access, and manage coaching bookings;
    • to take payments, issue refunds and keep the accounting records we must keep;
    • to run the community, moderate content and answer your questions;
    • to generate AI responses and safety checks you ask for;
    • to send service emails about your account, purchases and bookings;
    • to send marketing emails you opted in to, which you can unsubscribe from in any email;
    • to understand how the product is used and improve it;
    • to measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

    4. Our legal bases

    Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your account, delivering purchases and coaching); legitimate interests (improving the product, security, fraud prevention and measuring our marketing); consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies and AI features you choose to use); and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). You can withdraw consent at any time.

    5. AI features and your content

    When you use the AI Mentor or the reply safety check, the text you submit, along with relevant context such as your saved facts and preferences, is sent through our AI provider to produce a response. AI providers process this text to generate output and, under our configuration, do not use it to train their public models.

    Assume anything you paste into an AI feature leaves your device. Remove customer names, addresses, card numbers and other personal data first. Saved chats are stored with your account so you can return to them, and you can delete them.

    6. Cookies and similar technologies

    We use cookies and local storage for a few specific jobs:

    • Essential: keeping you signed in and remembering your theme and dismissed in-app tips.
    • Attribution: remembering which affiliate or campaign link brought you here, so a referral can be credited.
    • Analytics and advertising: measuring which pages and ads lead to visits and purchases. These are set only where consent is required and given.

    You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the product from working.

    7. Who we share with

    We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the product, and only as much as they need:

    • our hosting, database, authentication and file storage provider;
    • our payment provider, to process the charge and handle refunds, disputes and payouts;
    • our AI model providers, to generate the output you request;
    • our email provider, to send service and marketing email;
    • Google Calendar, when you book a coaching session that needs a calendar event and meeting link;
    • our customer relationship and support tools, so we can answer you and follow up;
    • analytics and advertising platforms, in aggregated or pseudonymous form, to measure campaigns;
    • professional advisers, or a buyer if the business is sold, and authorities where the law requires it.

    8. Payments

    Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure hosted page and are never stored by us. We receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount and currency, the last digits and brand of the card in some cases, the billing country, and the buyer's email address so we can deliver access and support you. Our payment provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

    9. How long we keep it

    We keep account and purchase records while your account is open and for the period tax and accounting law requires afterwards (usually 6 to 7 years for financial records). Support conversations are kept for up to 3 years. AI chats and drafts are kept while your account is open unless you delete them. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymous form for up to 2 years. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

    10. Your choices and rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You can use the delete-account option in your account settings, or email us at lavoqdigitalllc@outlook.com. We answer verified requests within 30 days. If we cannot act on a request, we will tell you why.

    Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.

    11. Security

    Access is protected by our authentication provider, data is encrypted in transit, and payment data never reaches our servers. Access to member data inside our team is limited to the people who need it to support you. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

    12. Where your data is stored

    Our providers may store and process data in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Contact us if you want details of the safeguards used.

    13. Children

    The product is for adults running a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

    14. Changes to this policy

    We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the product before it applies.

    15. Contact and complaints

    Email lavoqdigitalllc@outlook.com for any privacy request. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
